THE FACT THAT A PERSON HAS BEEN ARRESTED AND CHARGED DOES NOT IMPLY THAT HE OR SHE IS GUILTY. ALL PERSONS ARE PRESUMED INNOCENT UNTIL PROVEN GUILTY IN A COURT OF LAW.
On Friday January 3, 2020 at 3:10 pm Nina M. Lucas (Age 59) of New Hope, PA was arrested by Officer Anthony Moreno for Driving While Intoxicated. Officer Moreno encountered Lucas when he was dispatched to Rt 202 South for a report of a disabled vehicle on the side of the road.
On Saturday January 4, 2020 at 9:34 am Officer Moreno was dispatched to Ihop for a male banging on the walls in the bathroom. Officer Moreno entered the bathroom and found Dorian Moss (Age 41) of Glen Gardner, NJ. Moss was arrested for Possession of CDS and Possession of a Hypodermic Syringe.
On Sunday January 5, 2020 at 3:06 am Sgt. Christopher Vallat stopped a vehicle being driven by Oscar C. Tista-Rodriguez (Age 26) of North Plainfield, NJ. Rodriguez was stopped for a non-working headlight. Sgt. Vallat observed a "Billy Club" on the rear floor board of the vehicle. Rodriguez was arrested for Possession of Certain Weapons.
On Monday January 6, 2020 at 4:10 am Officer Adam Swiatek arrested Ahsaki McCall (Age 46) of Ewing, NJ for Hindering Apprehension and Contempt of Court. Officer Swiatek responded to the Ramada Inn along with Officers Barry, Schenck and Canale for an unruly guest that climbed over the front desk during an argument he was having with the Ramada Inn employee. During the officer's investigation they spoke with McCall who was a guest of the individual that reportedly jumped over the front desk. McCall provided police with a false name because she knowingly had an outstanding warrant for her arrest out of Hamilton Township Municipal Court.
On Monday January 6, 2020 at 3:30 pm Sgt. Robert Landolina arrested Logan N. Opperman (Age 23) of Pen Argyl, PA with Unlawful Possession of a Weapon and Possession of Hollow Point Bullets. A vehicle being driven by Opperman was pulled over by Sgt. Landolina on Raritan Avenue because neither the driver or passenger were wearing their seatbelts.
On Sunday January 12, 2020 at 2:45 pm Sgt. Robert Landolina stopped a white Toyota on Route 202/31 near Copper Hill Rd for having a view obstruction. The driver David Cruz (Age 39) of Brooklyn, NY was arrested for possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
On Friday January 18, 2020 at 1:10 am Officer Robert Schenck arrested John J. Delfino (Age 52) of Flemington, NJ for Driving While Intoxicated. The vehicle being operated by Delfino was stopped on Voorhees Corner Road for failing to maintain its lane of travel.
