On Sunday, July 12, 2020 at 1:30 pm William Homes (Age27) of Chester, PA, and David Pichardo (Age 29) of Mays Landing were both charged by Sgt. Rob Landolina with Possession of Less than 50 Grams of Marijuana and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. The vehicle the subjects were traveling in was stopped for having an obstructed view.

On Monday, July 13, 2020, at 11:00 am a vehicle being operated by Miguel A. Payano IV (Age 19) of Paterson, NJ was stopped by Officer Robert Schenck on Rt. 202 for having a non-functioning headlight. Payano was arrested for having two outstanding warrants. One was out of Paterson and the other Montville. He was also, traveling with a suspended license. The passenger, Luis S. Munoz (Age 20) of Wayne, NJ was arrested for Distribution of Marijuana, Possession of Marijuana and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Officer Robert Schenck made the arrests.

On Friday, July 17, 2020 at 1:20 pm Nelson Hernandez (Age 48) of Easton, PA was charged by Sgt. Robert Landolina for Possession of Less than 50 Grams of Marijuana. The vehicle that Hernandez was operating was stopped for having a broken taillight.

On Saturday, July 18, 2020 at 2:26 am Angel M. Delbrey (Age 21) of Philadelphia, PA was arrested for Unlawful Possession of a Handgun, Possession of Hollow Point Bullets, Possession of Marijuana and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. The vehicle Delbrey was operating was stopped on Route 202 for speeding. Officer Scott Phibbs was the arresting officer.

On Saturday, July 18, 2020 at 8:00 am Carlos Estrella-Sanchez (Age 44) of Center Valley, PA was arrested for Unlawfully Taking a Means of Conveyance. Sanchez failed to return a vehicle he had borrowed. He was also arrested for having an outstanding warrant out of Mount Olive, NJ. Sgt. Robert Landolina made the arrest.

On Saturday, July 18 2020 at 9:09 pm Chan Wai Lo (Age 31) of Brooklyn, NY was arrested for Driving While Intoxicated. The vehicle Lo was operating was stopped for failing to maintain its lane of travel. Officer Scott Phibbs made the arrest.
